Wellness is multidimensional, and for true wellbeing it’s vital we take care of all parts. This includes physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Many of us do not invest in ourselves. We do not take the time to reflect, we don’t listen to what our body is telling us. This can lead to anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship issues and physical health problems.

Wellness is an active process through which you become aware of your mind-body connection and how you can work towards a more fulfilling life.

The Mindful Menopause Membership is a space for like-minded women to come together to learn, share, understand and celebrate the changes we are going through together; whether that is perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause.

NLP (neurolinguistic programming) Techniques and hypnosis are highly effective at reducing stress in the workplace. Not all stress is negative, we have to have some stress to keep us motivated and productive, however, when it becomes overwhelming it can become a problem.

You will return from our retreat feeling empowered and relaxed, you will have the ability to bring mindfulness tools into your daily life. We introduce mindfulness activities and practices on our retreats that can easily be brought into your daily life at home or at work.
