Who is it for?
Most of us know how to lose weight, we know to consume fewer calories and to exercise more… so why don’t we? Almost always the reason we do not maintain is because of underlying issues. It could be connected to our beliefs, values or identity.
Sarah will guide you through a range of NLP tips and techniques to enable you to feel completely in control, knowing you have everything you need to become calm and confident throughout the process. She will then guide you into a deep relaxation where you will enjoy your bespoke hypnotherapy session.
How it works
First, you will talk with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on which methods your therapist will use so that you know what to expect.
After this, your therapist will lead you into a deeply relaxed state. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis so you will be in complete control at all times. Some people say they feel that they are in a dream-like state, others just feel in a slight trance.
Then your therapist will use suggestion to help you move towards your goal.
Then you will gradually be brought out of trance and will feel relaxed and refreshed.
Initial assessment followed by 5x 60 minute treatment session
Subsequent sessions priced at £80 per hour if requested
A range of NLP techniques to support you
Bespoke hypnosis session
30 minute follow up if required
