As usual it’s been busy busy.

In between all the christmas planning, we have been looking at some lovely grounding techniques over in 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑀𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑜𝑝𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑀𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝.

This time of year can be particularly stressful, especially with all the uncertainty at the moment.

I have certainly been feeling overwhelmed at times.

Grounding is a lovely way to reconnect your mind and body and just focus on you for a bit

Its a very simple technique, It’s just about noticing. As you are sitting where ever you are right now, just take some time to move your attention to each of your 5 senses.

4 things you can feel

3 things you can hear

2 things you can smell

1 thing you can taste.

Very simple, and very effective 💗

weight loss 5 day challenge


I haven’t done a 5 day challenge for a while, but this January in 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑀𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑀𝑒𝑛𝑜𝑝𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑀𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝, we will be looking at weight loss and the menopause so it made sense to run the challenge alongside. This is for anyone who wants to pick up some tips for changing the way they think about weight loss! You just need around 30 minutes a day!
