Hello and welcome!

I decided it would be a good idea to do a monthly update on what going on in my world and business, so welcome to my first ever blog :)

This is just to give you an idea of what I will be talking about! I am ALL about wellbeing! I believe that to achieve overall wellbeing you have to have a balance of mind, body and soul. Most women that come to me, initially contact me about weight loss! They have usually been on diets, they have joined gyms, they have lost weight and then put it all back on (and some) and they are stuck in a loop, yo yo dieting.

When people come to me to lose weight we often find we rarely talk about weight at all, loss is such a negative word. Think about it…if you lose your keys you want to find them, if you lose a loved one, you want them back, you lose your job, lose your hair, lose your marbles all have negatives attached. We want to focus on what you will gain, what you will achieve!

In The Lasting Change Formula Programme we use NLP to change the way you think about weight loss. I will share some of these tips in my monthly blog.

To support our mental and physical health, My partner and I walk ALOT! Being in nature has so many positive benefits. I will also be sharing some of our adventures here!
