This is perfectly normal, its our bodies fight or flight response and is preparing us to be able to respond to any perceived danger. People who have an anxiety disorder stay in this state for long periods and it can begin to impact their life.
Anxiety is incredibly common and over the years I have worked with many many people who were finding that anxiety was having a huge impact on their life. Modern-day lives are often very busy and stress levels can leave people feeling completely overwhelmed.

Why I created this course
This course was created following a surge in people coming to me for help with managing feelings of overwhelming.
Many people were talking about the same feelings, anxiety, that tight feeling in your chest, a racing heart, a fear of not being good enough, not wanting to socialise, feeling intense emotions that were difficult to cope with. ..I could go on.
The world we live in is so fast-paced that we rarely take time for ourselves, couple that with the pressures of social media and seeing everyone else living the perfect life and we cannot help to sometimes feel comparisonitis sneak in.
I get that not everyone has the time (or money) to invest in weekly coaching or counselling and some people just don’t feel comfortable talking about their personal feelings to others. So I created this course for people to work through in their own time, I believe what we focus on expands so this course is not about what’s wrong in your life. its all about what you are becoming. This course is about empowering yourself to step into your true self and start living the life you deserve.
