Sarah is a certified hypnotherapist, a neurolinguistic programming practitioner, and a qualified Occupational Therapist trained in solution-focused therapy. Sounds a lot, however, it’s just a culmination of her years of training which has provided her with some great tools to help support real change and self-discovery.

Sarah’s passion is helping women feel their absolute best and love the life they live. She has developed a range of programmes and packages to suit the needs of women. To guide them towards the best version of themselves.
She has worked in mental health for many years, and really understands the power of the unconscious mind. She believes supporting mental wellness is equally as important as supporting physical health, and helps women to build their mind-body connection.
We could all do with some support to unlock our potential, this is where a coach comes in. Midlife can be a time of enormous change, hormones, work pressures, life pressures, in general, can all play a part. It can be a time of self-reflection and of re-evaluation.
Sarah is passionate about helping women to create change and guides them to understand how repetition and habits form much of our behaviour. Whether that is managing anxiety, giving up an old habit, creating new healthier ones, or changing direction in life, Sarah is ready to empower you to make those changes.
Using a combination of the skills she has gathered over the years Sarah is able to adapt her methods to suit her client’s needs. She helps identify limiting beliefs, and create powerful new goals. She helps women see change as an opportunity, to feel empowered, strong and confident.
Who, what & how
I work with women that often feel frumpy, fed up and invisible. Women may be experiencing changes in their moods and emotions as well as their bodies. Often they talk about not knowing who they are anymore., that they have less confidence and feel lost.
We will work together to identify your goals and make changes where they need to be made… in your unconscious mind. I help women become more confident, and learn how to manage sometimes overwhelming emotions as they embrace this new half of their life, but most importantly help them learn to love themselves again.
